NAME

rlogind - start or stop the Rlogin daemon
SYNOPSIS
start rlogind [port]
stop RLOGIND
DESCRIPTION
Command start rlogind starts the NAT32 Rlogin daemon. The daemon will listen at the specified TCP port number or at port 513 (the default).

An Rlogin client must specify the (case-sensitive) user name under which NAT32 is running.

Command stop RLOGIND stops the Rlogin daemon. Any established connections are unaffected. New connections cannot be established.

NOTES
The Rlogin daemon will respond to TCP connection requests arriving at any NAT32 interface.

To terminate an established Rlogin session, use the command:

kill rshell
WARNING
The NAT32 Rlogin daemon gives users unrestricted access to your machine.
